Architectural materials that elevate form, function
and footprint.
Today’s standard concrete and masonry materials are rigid, pollutive, and slow to evolve. Architects are stuck with legacy choices that limit sustainability; developers face ESG pressures with few real alternatives; and manufacturers are locked into carbon-intensive systems they can’t easily change.
These materials emit carbon across their entire lifecycle — from raw extraction to demolition — and send thousands of tonnes of waste to landfill each year. Behind every conventional slab lies a system that emits carbon at scale, resists flexibility, and stifles the potential of the built environment - long before construction begins.
FORMWORK materials are designed for the realities of modern construction - code-compliant, drop-in ready and built to lower emissions.

From façade panels to paving tiles, they replace high-carbon ingredients with upcycled waste and low-toxicity binders — reducing embodied carbon and landfill impact.
At the core is AtmosCarbon™️: a mineral-based platform that stores CO₂, improves material health, and scales across multiple product formats without disrupting standard processes.

The only net-zero material designed to meet the realities of modern construction.
Our materials, powered by AtmosCarbon™ are engineered to work within existing production and spec workflows — no retooling, no special handling. By using circular inputs and capturing carbon during and after manufacturing, we help reduce Scope 3 emissions without compromising performance or design intent.

Antonio spent 25 years designing tomorrow's skylines with AECOM, ARUP, Renzo Piano, and Robert A.M. Stern Architects—delivering landmarks from Beijing's Nokia Campus and New York's Whitney Museum to San Francisco’s California Academy of Sciences. As an architect obsessed with green buildings, he believed he was fighting climate change.
Then came the revelation: despite all the LEED Platinums and sustainable accolades, construction still generated 40% of global emissions—and that number wasn't budging. The best green buildings were still part of the problem.
In 2020, Antonio stopped designing buildings to reimagine building materials themselves. FORMWORK was born from a simple question: What if materials could heal the atmosphere instead of harming it?
Today, FORMWORK transforms atmospheric CO₂ into building materials while using coffee grounds and walnut shells for color—creating surfaces that actively purify rather than pollute. It's not only about building less; it's about building materials that give back more than they take.

Nan Fung Group – Hong Kong
The wall achieved a 70% reduction in embodied carbon and removed the need for synthetic pigments entirely.
Built with AtmosCarbon™. Four formats, one material system.
AtmosBrick™
Made with circular inputs and natural pigments, it delivers structural integrity with a lighter footprint — inside or out.

AtmosTile™
Stores carbon while replacing high-carbon materials, without compromising finish or durability.

AtmosPanel™ (2026)
Precast for precision and ease of install, it cuts embodied carbon without disrupting workflow.

AtmosPave™
Built from mineral waste and smart binders, it performs like concrete with a lower footprint.
